Look around you
One thing which many people don't do is take the time to look around. Take in their surroundings.
Even if you're walking the same route you've walked everyday for the past five years, there will always be something new to see. It might be new people, posters, stickers on lamp posts if you're in the city. It could be new blossoms, changing colours of the leaves, a birds nest, even the grass growing in the country!
Look up, look around - you really never know what you'll see! |
